How a plumbing project runs
Survey & brief
We review the architect's drawings, existing services, occupancy and access constraints, then record flow and pressure where relevant.
Design & coordination
Pipe routes, cylinder and plant sizing, drainage falls and interfaces with other trades are resolved before work starts.
First and second fix
Installation is sequenced with the programme, with pressure testing and inspection at the agreed hold points.
Commission & hand over
We flush, test, commission and provide the records and maintenance information for the installed systems.

Plumbing questions
Do you work directly with architects?
Yes. We work from the architect's drawings and coordinate our design and installation with the wider project team, documenting assumptions and interfaces.
Can you survey before we have full drawings?
Yes, at an early stage we can review the existing services and constraints, but the fixed quotation depends on a defined scope and sufficient drawings or a site survey.
Do you handle hot water and drainage together?
Yes. Hot water, cold water, sanitary and drainage are reviewed as one system so falls, access and plant space are coordinated.
What happens after installation?
You receive commissioning/test records and maintenance information for the installed scope. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.
